Steven Penn Hsu, Principal Architect, graduated in 1997 from Woodbury University School of Architecture with a BArch degree. He has over 20 years experience in the practice of architectural design and construction in the Santa Barbara area and vicinity. His range of experience includes residential and commercial design, estate planning, facility and campus design, and master planning. Steven lives and works in Ventura, California where he served as a member of the city’s Design Review board, responsible for overseeing the concept, design and development phases of projects throughout the city.
